To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, clean them gently with a soft polishing cloth. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. When not in use, store your jewellery in its original protective pouch to prevent oxidation and scratches.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collections worldwide via premium couriers like DHL and FedEx. Shipping times and costs vary by destination, and any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.
Can I request a custom size or bespoke design?
We offer resizing services for many of our rings and bracelets. For bespoke inquiries or specific size requests, please contact our concierge team. Please note that custom orders may require additional lead time for our artisans to complete.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Bespoke and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are your pieces authentic and hallmarked?
Every Azza Fahmy piece is handcrafted in our Cairo studio and carries the official Egyptian government hallmark, certifying the purity of the gold and silver used. Each purchase also comes with a certificate of authenticity.
